Description
The Traulsen G31000 Reach-in Freezer is designed for optimal storage and efficiency in commercial kitchens. This three-section unit features self-contained refrigeration and advanced microprocessor control with an easy-to-read LED display. Its durable stainless steel front and anodized aluminum sides and interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. Equipped with half-height solid doors that can be hinged left or right, this freezer provides convenient access while maximizing storage space. Each section includes three factory-installed epoxy-coated shelves, allowing for organized storage of various items. The interior is illuminated by energy-efficient LED lights, enhancing visibility. The freezer operates at a programmable temperature of -10°F, powered by a reliable 1/2 HP system. It runs on eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, promoting sustainability. The unit is mobile with 6" high casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. With a power requirement of 115v/60/1 and a 13.1 amp draw, it is compatible with standard electrical outlets. The Traulsen G31000 is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
