Description
The Traulsen G31001 Reach-in Freezer is a versatile storage solution designed for commercial kitchens. This three-section unit features self-contained refrigeration and is equipped with a microprocessor control system that includes an easy-to-read LED display. The exterior boasts a durable stainless steel front, while the sides and interior are made from anodized aluminum for enhanced durability. Each section includes three factory-installed epoxy-coated shelves, providing ample storage space for your frozen goods. The half-height solid doors are hinged on the left and right for convenient access. LED interior lights illuminate the contents, making it easy to find what you need. Designed for efficiency, this freezer operates at a programmable temperature of -10°F and utilizes eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. It is powered by a 1/2 HP compressor and operates on a 115v/60/1 electrical system with a 13.1 amp draw. The unit is mounted on 6" high casters for easy mobility and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
