The Traulsen G31002 Reach-in Freezer is designed for optimal storage and efficiency in commercial kitchens. This three-section unit features self-contained refrigeration with advanced microprocessor control and an easy-to-read LED display. Its durable stainless steel front and anodized aluminum sides and interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. Equipped with half-height solid doors that hinge right, this freezer provides convenient access while maximizing storage space. Each section includes three factory-installed epoxy-coated shelves, perfect for organizing your frozen goods. The interior is illuminated by energy-efficient LED lights, enhancing visibility. The freezer operates at a programmable temperature of -10°F, utilizing eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for environmentally conscious refrigeration. With a robust 1/2 HP per system, it runs on a standard 115v/60/1 power supply and draws 13.1 amps. The unit is mounted on 6" high casters for easy mobility and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
