Description
The Traulsen G31011 Reach-in Freezer is designed for optimal storage and efficiency in commercial kitchens. This three-section unit features self-contained refrigeration and advanced microprocessor control with an easy-to-read LED display. Its durable stainless steel front and anodized aluminum sides and interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. Each section is equipped with three factory-installed epoxy-coated shelves, providing ample storage space for your frozen goods. The full-height solid doors, hinged left/left/right, offer easy access while maintaining temperature integrity. LED interior lights illuminate the contents for quick visibility. The freezer operates at a programmable temperature of -10°F, powered by a 1/2 HP system. It runs on eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is designed for efficiency with a 115v/60/1 power supply and 13.1 amps. The unit is mounted on 6" high casters for easy mobility and is certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
