Description
The Traulsen G31012 Reach-in Freezer is designed for optimal storage and efficiency in commercial kitchens. This three-section unit features self-contained refrigeration and advanced microprocessor control with an easy-to-read LED display. Its durable stainless steel front and anodized aluminum sides and interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. Each section is equipped with three factory-installed epoxy-coated shelves, providing ample storage space for frozen goods. The full-height solid doors are hinged on the right for convenient access, while the LED interior lights enhance visibility. The freezer is mounted on 6" high casters for easy mobility and positioning. Utilizing eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, it can be programmed to operate at a consistent -10°F, ensuring optimal preservation of your products. With a 1/2 HP compressor, it operates on a 115v/60/1 power supply, drawing 13.1 amps. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for food safety and compliance.
