Description
The Traulsen G31300 Reach-in Freezer is a robust three-section unit designed for optimal performance in commercial kitchens. Featuring self-contained refrigeration and advanced microprocessor control with an easy-to-read LED display, this freezer ensures precise temperature management. Its stainless steel front and anodized aluminum sides and interior provide durability and easy maintenance. Each section is equipped with three factory-installed epoxy-coated shelves, maximizing storage space while maintaining organization. The half-height solid doors, hinged on the left and right, offer convenient access while minimizing temperature fluctuations. The freezer is illuminated by energy-efficient LED interior lights, enhancing visibility of stored items. It stands on 6-inch high casters for easy mobility and positioning. Operating with eco-friendly, non-flammable R-448A refrigerant, the unit can be programmed to maintain temperatures as low as -10°F. With a powerful 1 HP compressor, it operates on a 208-230/115v/60/1 power supply, drawing 6.7 amps. The Traulsen G31300 is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
