The cabinet features a standard depth design with full-height doors that include EZ-Clean Gaskets for improved hygiene. It is equipped with cabinet lighting for visibility and a locking hasp for added security. The flanged legs provide stability, while the mesh screen promotes airflow. Control is simplified with microprocessor technology, and the unit is powered by a robust 1/2 Hp compressor. Each section includes 12 pairs of universal tray slides, welded to a sturdy steel frame, allowing for versatile storage options.
