The 2-inch stainless steel raised pan chiller accommodates up to 18 standard 1/6 size pans, ensuring ample storage for toppings. An 8-inch cutting board provides a spacious work surface, while the lift-off night cover protects ingredients during off-hours. Constructed with a stainless steel front, ends, and interior, this prep table is built for durability and easy cleaning. The galvanized back and bottom enhance its longevity. Inside, two wire shelves per section offer additional storage options. Anodized T6 aluminum horizontal divider bars help organize your ingredients efficiently. The self-contained refrigeration system is located on the right side, ensuring optimal cooling performance. A non-electric drain pan simplifies maintenance, while the 6-inch casters allow for easy mobility.
