Measuring 60 inches in length, it features two doors that hinge left or right for easy access. The 2-1/2-inch stainless steel raised pan chiller accommodates up to 16 standard 1/6 size pans, making ingredient organization simple and effective. Equipped with a 14-inch white poly cutting board, this prep table provides ample workspace for food preparation. A lift-off night cover ensures your ingredients remain fresh overnight. The stainless steel front, ends, and interior offer a sleek, easy-to-clean surface, while the galvanized back and bottom enhance durability. Inside, you'll find two wire shelves per section for optimal storage. Anodized T6 aluminum horizontal divider bars help maintain order among your ingredients. The self-contained refrigeration system is conveniently located on the right side, and the non-electric drain pan simplifies maintenance. With a powerful 1/2 HP compressor and 6-inch casters for mobility, the Traulsen TB060SL2S is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and performance in commercial kitchens.
