The 2-inch stainless steel raised pan chiller accommodates up to 18 standard 1/6 size pans, ensuring ample space for your ingredients. Equipped with a 14-inch white poly cutting board, this prep table provides a convenient workspace for food preparation. The lift-off night cover helps maintain food safety and freshness. Constructed with a stainless steel front, ends, and interior, along with a galvanized back and bottom, it offers robust durability and easy cleaning. Inside, you'll find two wire shelves per section for organized storage. The anodized T6 aluminum horizontal divider bars enhance structural integrity. The self-contained refrigeration system is located on the right side, ensuring efficient cooling, while the non-electric drain pan simplifies maintenance. Mobility is made easy with 6-inch casters, and the unit is powered by a reliable 1/2 HP compressor.
