The 2-inch stainless steel raised pan chiller accommodates up to 39 1/6 size pans, ensuring ample storage for ingredients. An 8-inch cutting board provides a spacious prep area, while the lift-off night cover helps maintain food freshness. Constructed with a stainless steel front, ends, and interior, this unit is built for durability, with a galvanized back and bottom for added strength. Each section includes two wire shelves for organized storage. The anodized T6 aluminum horizontal divider bars enhance the unit's functionality. The self-contained refrigeration system is located on the right side, ensuring efficient cooling, while the non-electric drain pan simplifies maintenance.
