Description
The Traulsen TBC13-28 is a high-performance reach-in blast chiller designed for efficiency and reliability. Featuring the advanced EPICON control system, this unit can accommodate up to 13 full-size 18"x26" pans or 26 half-size 12"x20"x2" pans. It effectively chills up to 200 lbs of food from 160°F to 40°F in just 140 minutes, ensuring rapid cooling to maintain food quality and safety. The dual self-contained refrigeration system enhances performance and reliability. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this blast chiller is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It includes a right-hinged door for easy access and is equipped with 6" casters for mobility. The unit is cETLus and NSF certified, meeting industry standards for safety and sanitation.
