Description
The Traulsen TBC13-50 is a high-performance reach-in blast chiller designed for efficiency and reliability. Featuring EPICON control, this unit can chill up to 200 lbs of food from 160°F to 40°F in just 140 minutes. It accommodates a Hobart CE6 or equivalent combi rack, making it versatile for various kitchen setups. The dual self-contained refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling performance, while the durable stainless steel interior and exterior provide longevity and easy maintenance. The unit is equipped with a hinged right door for convenient access and 6" casters for mobility. Certified cETLus and NSF, this blast chiller meets industry standards for safety and sanitation. Please note that tray slides are not included.
