Description
The Traulsen TBC1H-34 is a high-performance roll-in blast chiller designed for commercial kitchens. It features an EPICON control system for precise temperature management and can accommodate one 27"W x 29"D x 72"H rack. This unit is equipped with a self-contained holding refrigeration system, while a remote chilling refrigeration system is not included. It efficiently chills up to 300 lbs of food from 160°F to 40°F in just 155 minutes, ensuring food safety and quality. The hinged left design includes a Combi-Oven Kit for added versatility. The chiller is cETLus and NSF certified, meeting rigorous industry standards for safety and sanitation.
