Description
The Traulsen TBC1H-COR01 is a high-performance roll-in blast chiller designed for commercial kitchens. This Spec-Line model features advanced EPICON control for precise temperature management. It accommodates one rack measuring 27"W x 29"D x 72"H and is equipped with a self-contained holding refrigeration system. Please note that a remote chilling refrigeration system is not included. The unit efficiently chills up to 300 lbs of food from 160°F to 40°F in just 155 minutes, ensuring food safety and quality. The hinged left design includes Corrections Features for added convenience. This model is cETLus and NSF certified, meeting rigorous industry standards for safety and sanitation.
