Description
The Traulsen TBC5-52 is a high-performance undercounter blast chiller designed for efficiency and reliability in commercial kitchens. With a spacious 9.2 cu. ft. capacity, it features self-contained refrigeration and a right-hinged door for easy access. This unit can chill up to 100 lbs of food from 160°F to 40°F in just 180 minutes, making it ideal for rapid cooling needs. Equipped with four chill settings, it accommodates either five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing versatility for various food items. The intuitive touch screen control simplifies operation, while the USB port allows for easy data transfer. The auto defrost feature ensures optimal performance, and three removable food probes enable precise temperature monitoring. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, including sides, front, and bullnose top, the TBC5-52 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It stands on 6" legs for stability and ease of cleaning. Utilizing non-flammable R-448A refrigerant and powered by a 3/4 HP compressor, this blast chiller meets cETLus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and compliance in food service environments.
