This two-section unit features four spacious drawers, each capable of holding eight 1/6 size pans, making it ideal for busy kitchens. Its stainless steel exterior ensures durability and easy cleaning, while the anodized aluminum interior provides a corrosion-resistant environment for food storage. The galvanized exterior back and bottom enhance the unit's longevity. Equipped with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this refrigerator operates efficiently while minimizing environmental impact. The 1/4 hp compressor ensures reliable cooling performance. Mobility is made easy with six 4" casters, allowing for flexible placement in any kitchen layout. The Traulsen UHT72-DD is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and sanitation in food service environments.
