Description
The Traulsen UPT276-D is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. It includes two drawers, each capable of holding six 1/6 pans (not included), and a top rail that accommodates six 1/6 pans, 4" deep (included), with the flexibility to hold pans up to 6" deep. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior for durability, the unit also features anodized aluminum interiors and a galvanized exterior back and bottom. The full-length reversible cutting board enhances functionality, while the rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. The unit is equipped with four 4" casters for easy mobility and is powered by a 1/4 HP compressor.
