Description
The Traulsen UPT276-L-SB is a compact refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This one-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a width of 27 inches, it holds up to six 1/6 pans (4 inches deep, included) and can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep. The full-length white reversible cutting board enhances prep capabilities, while the stainless steel door, hinged on the left, ensures durability and easy access. Constructed with a stainless steel top, sides, and back, along with a galvanized bottom, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The anodized aluminum interior includes two shelves for organized storage. Equipped with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit operates efficiently with a 1/4 HP compressor. Mobility is facilitated by four 4-inch casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The Traulsen UPT276-L-SB is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
