The Traulsen UPT276-L is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access and maximizing workspace. With a width of 27 inches, it holds six 1/6 pans (4 inches deep, included) and can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep. The exterior is crafted from durable stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum for easy cleaning. The galvanized exterior back and bottom enhance durability. This unit is equipped with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, ensuring efficient cooling.
