Description
The Traulsen UPT276-R-SB is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a width of 27 inches, it holds up to six 1/6 pans (4 inches deep, included) and can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep. The unit is equipped with a full-length white reversible cutting board, ensuring a versatile prep area. Constructed with a stainless steel door that hinges on the right, the durable stainless steel top, sides, and back offer longevity and easy cleaning, while the galvanized bottom adds stability. The anodized aluminum interior includes two shelves for organized storage. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. Powered by a 1/4 HP compressor, the unit is mobile with four 4-inch casters. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
