Description
The Traulsen UPT279-D-SB is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients. It includes two drawers, each capable of holding six 1/6 pans (not included), while the top rail accommodates nine 1/6 pans, 4" deep (included), with the flexibility to fit pans up to 6" deep. Constructed with a full-length reversible cutting board, the unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior for easy cleaning and longevity. The anodized aluminum interior and galvanized bottom enhance its durability, while the rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. The unit is equipped with four 4" casters for mobility and features a 1/4 HP compressor.
