Description
The Traulsen UPT279-D is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a convenient roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients. It includes two drawers, each capable of holding six 1/6 pans (not included), while the top rail accommodates nine 1/6 pans, 4" deep (included), with the flexibility to hold pans up to 6" deep. Constructed with a full-length reversible cutting board, the unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior for easy cleaning and maintenance. The anodized aluminum interior ensures longevity, while the galvanized exterior back and bottom enhance durability. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. With a powerful 1/4 HP compressor and four 4" casters for mobility, this unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
