The Traulsen UPT3212-D-SB is a compact refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This one-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a width of 32 inches, it includes two drawers that can hold up to eight 1/6 pans each (pans not included), and a top rail that accommodates twelve 1/6 pans, 4 inches deep (included). Both the top rail and drawers can also fit pans up to 6 inches deep. Constructed with a full-length reversible cutting board, the unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior for easy cleaning and longevity. The anodized aluminum interior and galvanized exterior bottom enhance its durability, while the stainless steel back ensures a professional finish. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. The unit is equipped with four 4-inch casters for mobility and features a 1/4 HP compressor.
