The Traulsen UPT3212-L-SB is a compact refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This one-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a width of 32 inches, it holds up to twelve 1/6 pans (4 inches deep, included) and can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep for versatile storage options. The unit is equipped with a full-length white reversible cutting board, enhancing prep capabilities. Constructed with a stainless steel door that hinges on the left, the exterior is made of durable stainless steel for the top, sides, and back, while the galvanized bottom ensures longevity. The anodized aluminum interior includes two shelves for organized storage. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. Powered by a 1/4 HP compressor, the unit is mobile with four 4-inch casters for easy repositioning. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for food service operations.
