Description
The Traulsen UPT3212-L is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a width of 32 inches, it holds up to twelve 1/6 pans (4 inches deep, included) and can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior for the top, sides, and door, it ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The hinged door opens from the left, while the anodized aluminum interior and galvanized exterior back and bottom enhance durability. The self-contained refrigeration system is rear-mounted and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. Equipped with four 4-inch casters for mobility, this unit operates with a 1/4 HP compressor and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
