The Traulsen UPT4812-LR-SB is a compact refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a width of 48 inches, it holds up to twelve 1/6 pans (4 inches deep, included) and can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep. The unit is equipped with a full-length white reversible cutting board, enhancing food preparation versatility. It includes two stainless steel doors, hinged on the left and right for easy access, and is constructed with a durable stainless steel top, sides, and back, complemented by a galvanized bottom. The anodized aluminum interior features four adjustable shelves for optimal organization. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. With a powerful 1/4 HP compressor and four 4-inch casters for mobility, this unit is both functional and easy to move. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
