The Traulsen UPT4812-LR is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a width of 48 inches, it holds up to twelve 1/6 pans (4 inches deep, included) and can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep for versatile storage options. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior for durability, the unit includes hinged doors on both the left and right for convenient access. The anodized aluminum interior ensures easy cleaning, while the galvanized exterior back and bottom enhance its robustness. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. Equipped with four 4-inch casters for mobility, the Traulsen UPT4812-LR operates with a 1/4 HP compressor and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
