The Traulsen UPT4818-LR is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a width of 48 inches, it holds up to 18 standard 1/6 pans (4 inches deep, included) and can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep for versatile storage options. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior for the top, sides, and door, this unit ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, while the back and bottom are galvanized for added strength. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. Equipped with four 4-inch casters for mobility, the Traulsen UPT4818-LR operates with a 1/4 HP compressor and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
