The Traulsen UPT4818-RR-SB is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a width of 48 inches, it holds up to 18 standard 1/6 pans (4 inches deep, included) and can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep. The unit is equipped with a full-length white reversible cutting board, enhancing food prep efficiency. Constructed with durable stainless steel for the top, sides, and back, and a galvanized bottom, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The anodized aluminum interior includes four adjustable shelves for optimal organization. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. Powered by a 1/4 HP compressor, the unit is mobile with four 4-inch casters for easy repositioning. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
