The Traulsen UPT4818-RR is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a width of 48 inches, it holds up to 18 standard 1/6 pans (4 inches deep, included) and can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep for versatile storage options. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior for the top, sides, and door, this unit ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The anodized aluminum interior and galvanized exterior back and bottom enhance durability and resistance to corrosion. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling, powered by a reliable 1/4 HP compressor. Mobility is facilitated by four 4-inch casters, allowing for easy repositioning in busy kitchen environments. The Traulsen UPT4818-RR is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
