Description
The Traulsen UPT6012-DD-SB is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access and additional workspace. With a width of 60 inches, it includes four drawers that can hold a total of 15 1/6 pans, with the top drawers accommodating 9 pans and the bottom drawers holding 6 pans each (pans not included). The top rail is designed to hold up to 12 included 1/6 pans that are 4 inches deep, and it can also accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep. Constructed with a full-length reversible cutting board, the unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior for easy cleaning and longevity. The anodized aluminum interior and galvanized bottom enhance its durability, while the rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. The unit is equipped with four 4-inch casters for mobility and features a 1/4 HP compressor. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
