Description
The Traulsen UPT6012-DD is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access and additional workspace. With a width of 60 inches, it includes four drawers: the top drawers can hold nine 1/6 pans, while the bottom drawers accommodate six 1/6 pans each (pans not included). The top rail is designed to hold twelve 1/6 pans that are 4 inches deep, and it can also accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep. Constructed with a full-length reversible cutting board, the unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior for easy cleaning and maintenance. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, while the back and bottom are galvanized for added strength. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. The unit is equipped with four 4-inch casters for mobility and features a 1/4 HP compressor. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food preparation environments.
