Description
The Traulsen UPT6012-LR-SB is a compact refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section unit measures 60" wide and features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. It holds up to twelve 1/6 pans (4" deep, included) and can accommodate pans up to 6" deep for versatile food storage. Constructed with a durable stainless steel top, sides, and back, the unit also includes a galvanized bottom for added strength. The anodized aluminum interior is equipped with four adjustable shelves, allowing for customizable organization. The self-contained refrigeration system is rear-mounted and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. Additional features include two stainless steel doors that are hinged on both the left and right for easy access, a full-length reversible cutting board for added prep space, and six 4" casters for mobility. With a powerful 1/4 HP compressor, this unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and performance.
