Description
The Traulsen UPT6012-RR-SB is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit measures 60" wide and features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf for added convenience. It holds (12) 1/6 pans, 4" deep (included), and can accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The full-length white reversible cutting board provides ample workspace, while the (2) stainless steel doors, both hinged on the right, ensure easy access to ingredients. Constructed with a stainless steel top, sides, and back, along with a galvanized bottom, this unit is built for durability. The anodized aluminum interior includes (4) shelves for organized storage. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. With a powerful 1/4 HP compressor and (6) 4" casters for mobility, the Traulsen UPT6012-RR-SB is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it an ideal choice for any commercial kitchen.
