Description
The Traulsen UPT6024-RR-SB is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a 60" width, it holds up to 24 (1/6) pans that are 4" deep, and it can accommodate pans up to 6" deep for versatile storage options. The unit includes a full-length white reversible cutting board, enhancing food prep efficiency. Constructed with stainless steel doors, top, sides, and back, it ensures durability and easy cleaning, while the galvanized bottom adds to its robust design. The anodized aluminum interior features four adjustable shelves for customizable organization. Equipped with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit operates efficiently with a 1/4 HP compressor. Mobility is facilitated by six 4" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The Traulsen UPT6024-RR-SB is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
