The Traulsen UPT6024-RR is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a 60" width, it holds up to 24 included 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, and can accommodate pans up to 6" deep for versatile storage options. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior for the top, sides, and door, this unit ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The anodized aluminum interior and galvanized exterior back and bottom enhance durability and resistance to corrosion. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. Equipped with six 4" casters for mobility, the unit is powered by a 1/4 HP compressor, ensuring reliable performance. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a safe and compliant choice for commercial kitchens.
