Description
The Traulsen UPT7230-DD-SB is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a generous 72" width, it accommodates up to 30 (1/6) pans that are 4" deep, and it can also hold pans up to 6" deep for versatile food storage. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, including the top, sides, drawers, and back, this unit ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The anodized aluminum interior and galvanized bottom enhance durability and hygiene. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling, powered by a reliable 1/4 HP compressor. Mobility is made easy with six 4" casters, allowing for convenient repositioning in busy kitchen environments. The Traulsen UPT7230-DD-SB is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and sanitation in food service operations.
