Description
The Traulsen UPT7230-DD is a versatile refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This compact prep table features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a generous 72" width, it includes four drawers that can hold up to eight 1/6 pans each (pans not included), and a top rail that accommodates thirty 1/6 pans 4" deep (included), with the flexibility to fit pans up to 6" deep. Constructed with a full-length reversible cutting board, the unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior for easy cleaning and longevity. The anodized aluminum interior ensures optimal temperature retention, while the galvanized exterior back and bottom enhance durability. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. Equipped with six 4" casters for mobility, this unit operates with a 1/4 HP compressor and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
