Description
The Traulsen UPT7230-LL is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a width of 72 inches, it holds up to 30 included 1/6 pans that are 4 inches deep, and it can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep for versatile storage options. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior for the top, sides, and doors, this unit ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, while the back and bottom are galvanized for added durability. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. Equipped with six 4-inch casters for mobility, the unit features a powerful 1/4 HP compressor. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
