Description
The Traulsen UPT7230-LR is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a generous 72" width, it holds up to 30 included 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, and it can accommodate pans up to 6" deep for versatile storage options. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior for the top, sides, and doors, this unit ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, while the back and bottom are galvanized for added durability. The self-contained refrigeration system is rear-mounted and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. Equipped with six 4" casters for mobility, the Traulsen UPT7230-LR operates with a 1/4 HP compressor and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
