This one-section unit features two stainless steel half doors equipped with locks and cam-lift hinges for easy access and security. The digital temperature control ensures precise heating, while three chrome shelves provide ample storage space for various food items. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front and aluminum sides and interior, this cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It is mounted on 5" castors for easy mobility. With a power output of 1.5kW and compatibility with 208-230v/60/1-ph electrical systems, this cabinet is both efficient and reliable.
