The True STG1HRI89-1S Heated Cabinet is designed for efficient food storage and service. This roll-in model stands at 89 inches tall and features a single stainless steel door equipped with a secure lock and cam-lift hinges for easy access. The color-coded temperature display ensures precise monitoring, while the interior lighting enhances visibility of stored items. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front and aluminum sides and interior, this cabinet is built to withstand heavy use. It includes a stainless steel ramp for seamless cart loading and unloading. With a powerful 2.0kW heating element, it operates on 115/208-230V, 60Hz, single-phase power and is compatible with carts measuring 27"W x 29"D x 72"H (cart not included). This unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
