This two-section unit features durable stainless steel doors equipped with locks and cam-lift hinges for easy access and security. The digital temperature control ensures precise heating, while six chrome shelves provide ample storage space for various food items. Constructed with a stainless steel front and aluminum sides and interior, this cabinet is built for durability and easy cleaning. It is equipped with 5" castors for mobility and convenience. With a powerful 3.0kW heating element and compatibility with 208-230v/60/1-ph power supply (requires hard wiring), this cabinet meets cULus and UL EPH classification standards.
