Description
The True STR1HRT-1S-1S is a high-performance roll-thru heated cabinet designed for efficient food holding and service. This one-section unit features a durable stainless steel construction with a stainless steel door at both the front and rear, ensuring easy access from either side. Equipped with cam-lift hinges and locks for secure operation, it also includes a color-coded temperature display for quick monitoring and interior lighting for visibility. The cabinet accommodates carts measuring 27"W x 29"D x 66"H (cart not included) and is designed with stainless steel ramps for smooth loading and unloading. With a powerful 2.0kW heating element, it operates on 115/208-230v/60/1-ph power and is fitted with a NEMA 14-20P plug.
