The True STR2H-2G Heated Cabinet is a two-section reach-in unit designed for optimal temperature control and durability. Featuring two glass doors with locks and cam-lift hinges, this cabinet ensures easy access while maintaining security. The digital temperature control allows for precise adjustments, ensuring your items are kept at the ideal temperature. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, as well as a stainless steel interior, this cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It includes two interior kits for versatile storage options. The unit is equipped with 5" castors for easy mobility and stability. With a powerful 3.0kW heating element, it operates on a 208-240v/60/1-ph power supply (requires hard wiring).
