The True TFP-32-12M-HC is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration for efficient cooling. The stainless steel insulated cover ensures optimal temperature retention, while the 8"D x 1/2" thick cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. Equipped with one solid hinged door and two PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves, this unit offers versatile storage options. It includes twelve 1/6 size clear polycarbonate insert pans on top for easy access to ingredients. The durable construction features stainless steel front, top, and sides, with an aluminum back and interior, complemented by a stainless steel floor for easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 2-1/2" castors, and the unit operates with a 1/5 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 3.3 amps.
