Description
The True TFP-48-18M-D-2-HC is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration for efficient cooling. The stainless steel insulated cover ensures optimal temperature retention, while the 8"D x 1/2" thick cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. Equipped with one solid hinged door and two drawers, each drawer can accommodate one 12" x 20" x 6"D pan, along with three 1/9 size or six 1/6 size pans, plus three additional 1/9 size pans (pans not included). The unit includes two PVC adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage options. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, along with an aluminum back and interior featuring a stainless steel floor, this unit is built for durability and easy cleaning.
