Description
The True TFP-64-24M-D-4-HC~SPEC3 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, ensuring optimal temperature control for food safety. It includes (24) 1/6 size (4"D) poly pans, perfect for organizing ingredients. The SPEC Package 3 enhances functionality with a stainless steel insulated cover and an 8"D x 1/2" thick cutting board, providing ample workspace. The unit is equipped with (4) drawers that come with locks for secure storage and can accommodate (2) 12" x 20" x 6"D pans each (pans not included). Digital temperature control and display allow for precise monitoring, while the durable stainless steel construction—front, sides, back, liner, and floor with coved corners—ensures longevity and easy cleaning. Mobility is facilitated by 2-1/2" castors. Powered by a 1/3 HP compressor, it operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 4.8 amps.
