This two-section unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, ensuring optimal temperature control for food safety. It accommodates up to 24 (1/6 size, 4"D) poly pans, making it ideal for efficient ingredient organization. Key features include a stainless steel insulated cover that maintains temperature, an 8"D x 1/2" thick cutting board for easy food prep, and two secure doors with locks for added security. The unit is equipped with four gray PVC coated adjustable wire shelves, allowing for customizable storage options. Digital temperature control and display provide precise monitoring, while the stainless steel construction for the front, sides, back, liner, and floor ensures durability and easy cleaning.
